It’s that time of year. Pumpkin flavor has returned.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Have you seen the 16 Reasons You Should Never Reenact Pinterest Photos?
There’s a special section on pumpkins (ick!) and babies (awwww!).
Never will I ever put Scout in a pumpkin. Here’s why:
These poor, poor babies. Not one of them looks happy. They’re all crying except for the third one from the top, but I think that’s only because he was put in last, and he’s still a little dazed.
Or he has an escape plan.
So remember this picture the next time you see a pumpkin.
Just say no.

You really need to let the pumpkin hatred go, Thoughtsy. It happens every fall. Just go to your happy place. And dress Scout as a pumpkin for Halloween! 😉

I’m with you and those babies about the pumpkin thing. Bleurgh! Can’t stand the smell of them after hollowing then out every autumn for years. I’d have a good cry if I was made to sit in a pumpkin too!

Pumpkin is nasty. It is not good in pie, it is not good in cake, it is nasty in cheesecake, and coffee? Really? Why don’t you just call it like it is, Squash pie, cake, cheesecake and coffee.
AH! Because then the world would know the truth.

Haha! He does look like he’s found a way out! This picture is a bit disturbing but you know, I still like pumpkins 😉 (though I’d be phased if someone else me sit one like that).

So funny! I am still laughing!!

Not a fan of the pumpkin flavor or things. Candy corn in the shape of pumpkins is okay. I think 9 out of 10 babies agree with that. 🙂

We can’t be friends anymore….but this photo is funny so I can make it work. I love pumpkin…EVERYTHING.

Pumpkins are so gross and so abundant, so why is pumpkin flavored anything so expensive? It doesn’t make any damn sense.

I actually like pumpkin (in curry or soup… not so much as flavouring for coffee), but if somebody made me sit in one I’d cry too!

By all accounts, I love bacon. But I’m not sure I’d want to be wrapped up in it. At least not until it cools down.

Whoo hoo! It’s nearly pumpkin season!!! 🙂

Haha maybe because most pumpkins have scary faces 😛

What a great idea! Put a bunch of babies in round rolling things on stone steps – then when they inevitably try to get out, the can bust their heads open, then you have your scary Halloween shot, too!

All I can think of is who is going to catch those babies when they topple over and hit their heads on the granite steps? Bad idea.

I agree!!

Oooooh, man, am I glad it took me a few days to get to this, because I needed that chuckle NOW!
Pumpkin-y foodstuffs, OTOH? No. Nuh-uh.

I am not a pumpkin-hater (probably more of an eater but not cheater). Regardless, I do feel strongly that no one should try to imitate or reenact anything on Pintrest because it’s a time suck. Why is Pintrest such a big damn deal?

Still, I think the pumpkin hat on the second baby is a nice touch. Kind of like the mother saying “How can I humiliate you further for your highschool graduation baby photos?”

Every Halloween I want to listen to Smashing Pumpkins… Not sure why?!
