The last weekend in July was rough. So you can imagine how ecstatic I was to come home from BlogHer to this surprise from Kiefer:
A puppy!
Watch out, Percy Q. Poodle! There’s a new pup in town. Ozzy is a rescue dog who is part Australian Shepherd and part Rottweiler, so he can probably eat a little poodle like Percy.
I’m not worried about Esme kitty. She can hold her own.

It’s not his breath that’s killing me. It’s his farts. Ick.

Trying to decide if Ozzy looks like he has daschund in him because my grandpa’s dasch was named Ozzie, or if he really is long looking. Regardless, SUPER CUTE!
August 28th, 2012 at 6:27 am
He does look like he has some daschund. I guess we’ll just have to see how big he gets.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:05 am
Ozzie and Esme! It kind of sounds like an educational children’s program on Nickelodeon.
How adorabubble!!! Puppy! ^_^
August 24th, 2012 at 11:16 am
He’s adorable! I adore puppies, but they are a lot of work! (Keep all shoes closed in a closet!)
August 24th, 2012 at 1:16 pm
Awww. He’s cute. Not kitten-level cute, of course, but still pretty cute.

Oh my! SO ADORABLE.
I want a puppy so hard right now, but I have too many cats, and can’t get any more pets.

I’ve been reading (and loving) your blog for a while now so when I was asked to choose 10 nominees for the Sunshine Award I HAD to include you. Hope you don’t mind. http://connectivetissuedisorders.wordpress.com/2012/08/24/sunshine-award/

August 25th, 2012 at 6:41 am
Ah! Hello Ozzy! So sweet!
August 25th, 2012 at 11:38 am
What a cutie!! Good luck. And the fact that Ozzy is a rescue dog is awesome. I have two rescues…when they aren’t begging to go outside they’re great!
August 28th, 2012 at 6:28 am
Right now he’s still pretty scared of everything, but he’s getting better.
August 28th, 2012 at 9:04 am
one of mine is very skittish…we got him when he was two and i think he came from an abusive environment. but he has calmed down a bit with time…
August 25th, 2012 at 12:02 pm
What a sweet face!! They really do cure all. Must be why I have FOUR. Ha! Happy for your new furry friendship. 🙂
