I regret to inform you that I won’t be blogging today.
This weekend I began training for Halloween candy consumption, so I ate lots of delicious desserts, such as:
- Chocolate-Better-Than-Sex Cake
- Ben and Jerry’s Fair Goodness Cake ice cream (German Chocolate Cake flavor)
- Yogi Castle frozen yogurt
- Multiple hot chocolates
- Cotton candy doughnut.
Needless to say, I may have overdone it and gone into a sugar coma. Plus, I need to exercise all day to burn off all of the calories I consumed this weekend.

All too often, people forget the importance of training such as this. They skip the warm up, the cool down. The stretching of the tummy. The pacing. Tears are shed, candy is wasted. Train on, good lady! Train on!

I have no idea how you can eat all the sugar and still live to see another day. I think it’s an amazing talent. Almost like a super power. I am envious.

55 minutes. 45 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of crunches and various tummy activities.
I probably should have done twice that though.
